- You will use the ‘Nederlands in actie’ book during the A2-A2+ course. (Note: Price of the book: €49,50 is not included in the price of the course. This book is also used during Dutch course level A2+-B1.)
- Practice speaking, writing, listening and reading
- Access to online flashcards in Quizlet
- Actively participate in each class
- Certificate A2+: Based on passing the test

Dutch Course Level A2-A2+ Curriculum
Topics (among others) you will learn about:
- Discussing your job and professional background
- Talking about health and well-being
- Discussing travel plans
- Expressing preferences and opinions
- Expanding your use of conjunctions (toen, zodat, voordat, totdat)
- Using main and subordinate clauses with correct word order
- Narrating past events using the perfectum and imperfectum tenses
- Expressing reported speech (e.g., Hij zegt dat…)
- Understanding and using separable verbs (e.g., dichtdoen, meevallen)
- Using relative pronouns (die, dat)
- Making and responding to proposals
- Using constructions with zouden
- Expanding your vocabulary on topics such as nutrition and health, travel, life in the Netherlands, work, and professions

The Dutch A2+ level is an elementary-to-pre-intermediate stage where you can communicate confidently in everyday situations. You will be able to form longer sentences, use past tenses, express opinions, and discuss topics like work, travel, health, and life in the Netherlands. This level also helps you use more complex grammar, including conjunctions, separable verbs, and reported speech. A2+ prepares you to handle conversations and texts with growing confidence and is the perfect step toward reaching B1.
Yes, we organise group courses at higher levels, both corporate courses and individual courses.
Our courses take place via the Zoom platform. You can use Zoom on desktop, tablet and mobile devices. In order to use all functionalities of Zoom and maximise participation in the classes, we recommend downloading Zoom onto your laptop or computer.
There are 5 to 9 students participating in a group course. We guarantee classes in small groups to help you get the most out of the class, engage with other students and motivate each other.
